I've written him a note visited him in the hospital .. Let's Forgive and Forget, Let's Make Amends. We're Family. He lit up and said OH REALLY!

My dad is 77 years old. I'm the home owner. I'm 47 years old.
No he's only protecting himself.
His money is in stock market and late wife.

Is there a question? You posted but don't seem to want to provide any information- what's your point?

Was he upset with you about something? or just being mean? Depending on why he did it, I would consider my caregiving days to be at an end. There's only so much insult and disrespect we can tolerate. Tell us a little more about what happened.

Is there a possibility that he took care of you in another way? Is the house in your name? Are you the beneficiary of an insurance policy, annuity or retirement funds (401k, IRA, 403B, etc). There are assets that may not be in the trust.
How old are you? Is Dad protecting you by making distributions when you are older?

Past 3 years I've been my dad's care giver, he lived in my home.

Butternutt, we need much more information in order to help you with this. A back story would be very helpful.
