I received snap last year but now do not have this insurance but still have congested heart failure. local office said did not quality for this program.
SNAP is the new term for food stamps (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), not medical insurance. Did you mean MedicAid? For both programs you must periodically have your eligibility renewed. If you don't do this in a timely manner you get dropped. If you don't understand why you don't have it, reread your paperwork. Or apply all over again.
