Where to find a home health aid in Little Neck, NY?

Need a home health aid in Little Neck (Queens) NY for the next few weeks.
Elderly, ambulatory woman with a broken shoulder. Needs companion, assistance with bathing and stairs. More a respite for daughter working from home. Minimal needs, more for peace of mind of people within the home.

This should have been arranged at discharge from the hospital. Good grief, call the MD and get a written order.

You would need to check with your local council on aging to see if they can recommend Agencies, etc. that would meet your needs. You are doing the right thing as all caregivers need a break :)
