Is there a good monitor system you recommend?

Greetings, my mother (who is 84) sleeps downstairs and my bedroom is upstairs. Since she gets up several times during the nlght to use the restroom, I was wondering if a baby monitor (or some other audio monitoring system) could be used so that I can hear her at night if she falls? Does anyone have any recommendations?

when caregiving has effectively driven you out of your mind youll find that your phsycosis is accompanied by an enhanced sense of hearing . you can hear a pin drop at 200 yards . thats natures way .
just messing with ya .
you can buy wildlife motion cameras nowadays that play on your PC in real time . theyre cheap .
