My patient does not have recognition of loss of urine and is wet all the time. Any advice?

There are washable pads and panties, they cost more up front but you would save over time. I'm not sure I would want to have to deal with the extra laundry though. What does the doctor have to say about it? There may be medical ways to control it to some extent, depending on the cause.

Her rent is five hubdred her electric is 130 and she has car insurance and gass her monthly budget alots her 245 and cost of meds comes out of that as well as groceries. Not much lwdt and stretching thru month makes ut complicated. I help but have several health ussues myself. I understand there us help for medicaid patients but medicare does not apply...

I understand a lean household budget, believe me, but if your patient has the funds for in-home help it's hard to understand how she wouldn't have the money to buy Depends. I think if it were me I'd buy Depends before I bought food.

There are a lot of very creative people here on this site. Maybe someone will know of some service where your patient can get the undergarments she needs.

Has your patient seen her Dr.? Leakage might be normal but not a constant stream.
