How to deal with the caregivers?

Michael, please give us more information, such as who is the patient, what are the patient's physical and/or memory issues? Are the caregivers from an Agency or independent contractor? Did you set up a list of things you want the Caregivers to do on a daily basis?

Ask them with please, and say thank you. Praise them when they do something good. Same as you would train a child. Or a dog.
