Is there an agency that helps offset the replacement dentures?

My grandmother (91) lost her dentures.  They are gone. My grandmother loves in Wichita Falls TX. I am just seeking some information to see if there is some agency that does NOT make the patient wait 2/4/6/8/12 weeks before a decision is made to help gain access to funds to replace both the top and bottom denture plates.
