Judy, can you give us more information as to why your Dad would need financial assistance? What is it that he needs that he is not getting?

I see that your Dad lives at home.... any chance of him downsizing into something more affordable, such as senior apartments where the rent is based on his income, so he would have extra money at the end of the month?

If he has too much, why would he need more?
