Will Medicaid pay to move a Medicaid patient to another nursing home?

She is also on oxygen, is incontinent etc. When I move 7 hours away. She can only be moved with a hoyer lift.

NO the transportation is all out of your pocket. Plus you have to coordinate Medicaid from county to county. If you are moving to a different state, Medicaid stops completely. You then reapply in the new state.
