How do I go about getting veteran benefits for my aging Mother?
My dad was a Veteran. I was told she is eligible for benefits.

First have her authenicated by the VA.

Go to the Money and Legal tab at the top of this page. There is a category called "Veteran's Assistance". Or you could go to www.va.gov. DO NOT PAY anyone to assist you in the process; that's illegal.
