Any ideas regarding my husband's incontinence and wetting the bedding almost daily even though he is wearing disposable pads?

My husband is 82 years old and has moderate to severe Alzheimer"s/dementia.
Even though I put 3 pairs of men's disposable undergarments (just started to put on 4), he wets through them onto the sheets and bedding. I put disposable pads on the sheets also and they get wet also.
What can I do? Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks.

Try superior signature series Wellness Briefs. Inspired by NASA. I use these overnight for my mother and I still put a quilted pad under her just in case. They have saved me from washing the bed everyday.

Are the extra briefs actually getting wet? I would think after the first one is soaked the urine is just escaping around the edges and the extras are doing little to really help. Try adding booster pads INSIDE the briefs, these are pads that are designed to soak through to the brief. And have you explored different brands of briefs/pull ups? If you do a google search for most absorbent adult diapers you will find many other options. You may need to find a specialty store or shop online to get what you need.

Pads leak. You need the Depends for Men or similar product. Limit fluid intake after 6PM to just a sip here and there. Avoid diuretics at bedtime.
