My brother has mobility issues so he can't cut his toenails. Are there services that can help?
He can't move his left side to good so can't get his toenails cut.

My mom has it done by a podiatrist. It is covered by her health insurance.

A GOOD podiatrist will also check for pedal pulse, skin integrity and anything else that might affect his feet. Some podiatrists just snip, snip and that's it, so look for one that also checks for issues as I mentioned above.
