Is there a place that offers free dental?

I have missing and broken teeth, and can barely chew. I live in the 95828 area. need to have what's left of my rotten teeth pulled out and replaced with denture's or implants. I had cancer 6 years ago, had radiation, chemo and surgery. I'm also a diabetic, type 2, and cannot eat properly at all. The only Insurance I have is Delta Dental and they only pay $1,000. A dentist I went to quoted me $22,000. I'll be 66 in November and certainly do not have that kind of money. I don't think Medicare or Blue Shield would help with Dental. I'm even to the point that I don't even want to leave my apt. anymore. Plus on top of my Diabetes, I also have other chronic illnesses. I would greatly appreciate any kind of information or help.

Thank you so very much.

Was that $22k for implants? Extractions and dentures should be a lot less, I would think.

I wonder if you would qualify for Denti-Cal? Here's their phone number to call to find out if you might qualify: Telephone Service Center: (800) 322-6384

Also you need to take your email address out of your question. It's not wise to post your personal email on here.

Try an area Dental College or the Lion's Club.
