I do not qualify for Medicaid. I need a provider but cannot afford private pay. Help?

I have Medicare and need assistance with ADL's. Is there any program for people that do not qualify for Medicaid to get assistance at home? Medicare does not pay for provider services. I do not need home health either. But I have exhausted most of savings pay doctor and hospital bills due to multiple hospitalizations and surgeries. Need help bathing wife and some light housekeeping.
