My Mother is a phoneaholic! What do I do?

She calls 12 times a day for no reason ..she always says nasty things about my husband an I can do no wrong. I find myself resenting her and arguing with her when I know it doesn't help. I am the only one left to care for her and it is driving me crazy!!
