My friend's husband is unable to adequately care for her in their home. What are options for care?
My friend has Parkinson's + serious back issues. Her Parkinson's is manageable but the back issue has caused considerable pain and sometimes paralysis. She won't speak up and has no one to be her advocate.

Assited living or skilled nursing care facility. He can also hire in home aids, RN etc. depending on her age and financial services some services can be covered by Medicare or Medicaid. Is the husband willing to get help? If neither of them will speak up and accept help this may get bad very soon.
