Is there any remote instrument to alert maid when need her help?

Patient stays on 2nd floor, maid stays in basement, approx 50m away. Something similar to door bell (wireless). If patient in pain, can alert maid by pressing for help.

50 meters? 164 feet? I would suggest a baby monitor, but they don't range out that far. You need walkie-talkies or a wired intercom.
