Where to find a program in NJ that puts children of extremely ill parents on a payroll?

Its been 1 1/2 yrs since my mom was hospitalized and i left my full time job to care for her as she is finally coming home next week 05/2015. She will need round the clock care as she remains bed ridden and is on continuous suction from her lower, center abdominal area from diverticulitis gone very wrong. I also will be caring fir my stepfather. He has dementia and virtigo and is on a wide variety of medications. I can not hold a full time job and care for both my parents, but i also cannot accept putting one or both in a home as they will be seperated for there individual illnesses. Please if amyone can guide me in the right direction i would be so grateful.

Sorry but they are the ones who pay you, Medicare won't. Medicaid will pay an agency. Now if you can convince the agency to hire you, you may get a few hours a day paid, but only a few. Nobody gets full time for this.

I haven't heard of any program that will pay you for choosing to stay home to care for loved ones. If your parents have assets, you may be able to draw up contracts so your parents can pay you for providing such care. However, are you sure you can adequately care for both of your parents, considering their medical conditions?
