My friends are accusing me of something I would never do or dream of! What do I do?

These friends of mine are like my family and I love them dearly! there accusing me of something I would never do or dream of! what do I do I go over there and stick up for myself or so I give them some time to figure it out. I've tried to call and everything! I just don't know what to do! It hurts...
