I was told that I could get paid to take care of my disabled daughter. Is this true?

I have a disabled daughter (22 yrs old) that cannot take care of herself.

No, it is not true. But you can get her to a group home. Most have ten or fewer residents, are located in the community, and accept her Medicare/Medicaid for full support. My sister is in a group home and feels very independent. Contact your county office of the disabled for help.
