What facilities are available for someone opting for an AL?

I'm thinking of moving my mom to AL, as my family is moving to Washington this coming May. She had a fall last month and her leg had a small fracture and was undergoing treatment. She also had physical therapy sessions at Dynamic Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic Burlington. I'm looking for an AL where she gets proper physiotherapeutic session along with good care of her health.
