Board and care. I could no longer take care of her at home after suffering a stroke. I just receive information stating she's approve for Va A&A. They are reviewing to see if they will assign a fiduciary. My question is can I use the money for board and care and why a fiduciary when I am her daughter and been handling all of her health and financial needs
