Where can you find financial assistance for elder foreign mother-in-law?

For assistant care living in this country? Need assistance for Hungarian mother in law-speaks only Hungarian. She is 81 years of age-in poor health-difficult to care for. Thought to take her back to Hungary, at this point-poor health. Looking for options in this country to give her the care that she needs.

Being that your mother is not a U.S. citizen, the only option that I know is for your to purchase health insurance for your mother. Of course that would only cover short term hospitalization and some time in rehab. Your Mom would not be eligible for Medicare, but check with your State and see if immigrants can apply for Medicaid.
