I'm caring for my wife (76) with dementia and she no longer wants to take her pills. Any advice?

No problems ever before except in the hospital. Is this natural for her to start this now? The pills are supposed to be time released,So I cant crush them any advise sure would help!!!!

No she dosent want hospice.She does have some problems swallowing.But she just gets stubborn and will hold them in her mouth and try to hide them
