I was informed that this certain institution does free CNA training. I have no job and i dont have money for college. I really want to get into the medical field but i dont have the resources.

If you are between jobs, and you want to get into the medical field, do some volunteer work at a local hospital. Find out what volunteer openings there are, you won't be doing any hands-on training, but you will be observing. Looks good on a resume.
Contact your nearest state unemployment office, they can help you. You can also ask your former HS guidance counselor for information, assuming you just graduated.
