I got a call from the home telling me to pick up the elderly man I'm POA for. What do I do now?

I am a poa for an elderly man, didn't have problems until he couldn't privately pay for them. I finally moved him into another home and 2 days later in middle of the night, I get a call from the home telling me to pick him up cause he was causing problems. He just wanted his jacket, they had taken it from him. And now idk what to do.
