How can I get POA when my parents are in two different locations?

I need a poa for my father I am his health care surrogate however am told still need to get poa don;t know how to get this done how can I get a poa when parents are in 2 different locations and I already am his health care surrogate
one parent home post cervical surgey the other one homebound wat do I do

I'm wondering if you are thinking that a POA is one document that covers both parents. It is not. You need to have a separate POA for dad and a separate POA for mom.

Call an elder law attorney and get the ball rolling for the POA for dad.
