Is there something that works to allow easier butt cleaning on the toilet when you can't reach it?

Do you have or can you install grab bars on the wall, assuming the toilet is close to the wall?

There are also free standing grab bars (like pole dancer bars) that reach up to the ceiling to provide support.

If your dad can't get himself clean you may have to clean him yourself. I would suggest flushable baby wipes.
