My sibling is always up in my face and seems abusive when talking. Advice?

My sister likes to drink also and she fights with other family members. They avoid her and they want me to deal with my sister. She never in her live since mother was sick help with her care at all. But wants to be in charge and not help with my mother at all. She try to dump on my youngest sister and she has a disable grandson she raise since he was three. My sister told know that to much for her to handle with another person care. My sister just has had sugery and fatigue.

Known she like to bully people. never wipe my mother but or takenher never to Doctor . My sister is mean to my mother she never cared for her because problempast of her life. She talk sometimes to mother like she four leggeperson with tail . She always fought with my dad when he was living and talk bad about our mother.
