I need to get Durable power of attorney for my Mom. What are the costs?

Our attorney charged $500 for doing two POA's (Health) for my husband and me. He charged another $500 for doing the two POA's for financial . Ours were quite complicated , so to us it was worth it to go this way. We actually had done our own POA's several years earlier , but we needed several changes and decided to use an expert. He also keeps scanned copies in his files if we lose the originals.

My mother's lawyer charged $150.
