4appleannie Asked April 2014

My Dad (86) married a gold digger just before he died. Any advice?

With the world wide internet at my fingertips, how can I share my story? Also, how can I find a way to alert others of this dangerous woman? Annette

If 4appleannie has any stake (i.e., inherited property in trust, other trust vehicles), she does have not only a valid stance, but a certain measure of clout. I myself am finally hiring a probate attorney, even if I end up dipping into said trust. They really aren't that expensive in the beginning -- and the net result will hopefully be that fences are mended and life carries on in a productive way, since the law has intervened.

self determination is taken seriously by the courts. if your dad wanted to light cigars with thousand dollar bills i suppose hed be permitted to.

It's not slander if it's an opinion.

If you think you're going to tell the world about this person be sure you understand the concept of slander.

Start here to tell the story. Then others may have some ideas to help you.
