Mom with dementia said to me yesterday, her caregiver cursed at her. What to do?

After reading the title to your post again I wondered: Did your mother tell you that her caregiver cursed at her?

Again, not having any background information I can only wonder if your mom, in her dementia, has fabricated stories before. Can your mom's word on this be trusted? Have you spoken with the caregiver? What did she say happened?
