Mom's already receiving Medicaid. We're removing one of the daughters from the deed. Will this affect her Medicaid?

Probably not. Mom is allowed to own a home and still collect Medicaid. If she now owns 1/4 of a home and she will then own 1/3 I don't think it will matter. BUT I agree with pstegman, it is better to be safe than sorry. Contact a lawyer.

Don't do anything with the deed unless you talk to a lawyer. You could end up triggering a penalty.
