Mom often says things that "don't make sense" and has difficulty finding the right word. Could it be since she has been off Exelon patch?
Today she seems extra confused and talks "gibberish". I am with her almost all the time - even sleep in the same room with her. I didn't put on her Exelon patch for several days (she complains that they itch) could this be the reason?
Put it back on for several days and see if there is improvement.
