Dad's guardian called me and told me I could not visit him anymore unless she is present. What can I do?

He's in Florida, we drove down from Texas in a panic when we found out my father had been in a nursing home for almost month,,noone contacted us..We are staying in his home w his permission..making some repairs and cleaning it up..we went to visit him tonight and was stopped by the adminsitrator..she called a number and this lady told us she had an emergency guardianship..I had to leave his home and I could not see my dad unless she is present..I am so worried about my father her keeping me from my dad..Hes going to think I abandoned him.
