Anyone know laws or regulations about how a CNA is suppose to clean a resident between diaper changes, in a.m. and at bedtime?

I am not aware of any specific rules, but I think the facility must have some standard guidelines. You might ask to speak with the Director of Nursing at the facility as to what their standard ops are. If you are not happy with the level of personal hygiene care, you need to be very frank with them as to your expectations for your parent. The squeaky wheel gets the grease!
