I have an elderly mother that I need help with. She's irritable and delusional. Any guidance?

She is showing sign: irritability, delusional, scratching causing brusing and bleeding,angry,nervous and abrupt behavior

She needs to be seen by a doctor. Could be something simple like medications causing this, or could be more serious. But until the doctor can see her, it's all a crap shoot.
