Mom moved to a NH. I have POA over finances. Can I legally move her home furnishings split between myself and sisters home?

I have two sisters who are giving me constant hell. I had guardianship until recently when a public guardian was assigned and then we were able to place her into a home. My sister and I took care of her the past 16 months 24/7 with no help from the other two. Sister Janet has threatened us, called new guardian and stated she did not mom in a NH, although she has or the other sib have not offered one hour of help. I am afraid they will sue me if I remove moms things. Her home is in foreclosure now because almost all her SS and VA go to the NH.
