Parent is 78 and we feel he has psychiatric issues and is being dictated by non family. We have power of attorney, can we get examination?

Who do we contact that will do a mental exam so he can make decisions on his own? How do we get him help?

You have medical POA? You should be able to ask his PCP and get a referral to a psych doc.
