Mom doesn't know she is in wheelchair and needs oxygen. She gets out of bed at night, takes her oxygen off and tries to walk to the bathroom. She has fallen twice. She is in Assisted Living. We have an emergency mat next to her bed but either she misses it, the nurses don't hear it or ?? Any suggestions
