Can we get good care for $85 a day?

We have had some excellent help for this amount. However, others have insulted us when offered that amount. We have allowed for live-ins with all food and utlities while working. Some have been good, others have abused. What do we do when that is all the money we can spend. Mom has little savings which are needed for taxes on her home and one piece of property. Her income comes from the one piece of property and her social Security. My sister and I take turns buying food and household items every other year.
