I need to prepay for my mom funeral before I apply for Medicaid. Where should I take the funds from?

I'm not sure that it would matter in the end, but I'd use her savings. No matter where you take the money from, she won't qualify for Medicaid until her assets are spent down. This seems simplest to me, but you may want to talk with a Medicaid specialist.
