If my husband was dishonorably discharged from the navy is he still entitled to benefits?

That would depend on the discharge wording but generally the answer would be that he is not entitled to benefits under a dishonorable discharge but what can it hurt to file a claim right....all they can do is say no. Also, he may be able to get health assistance if say....his medical condition is a result of something he contracted while in service. Like I said I would file claims for benefits and see what they say.
