Is there financial help for caregivers in South Carolina?

My brother has in stage liver disease and I am told that he is going to need someone with him all the time soon.I don't know how I wil get by if I moved in with him.He lives in Loris s.c..I am living in n.m.Can anyone tell me if there is any assistance for such a cituation please!
