Mom's will states that all three children should divide her property equally except one CD, which is mine. If I am the only one who is Power of Attorney on the bank, is the money mine when she is gone?

My 2 sisters and I have P.O.A. over my mother's money, but I am the only one on file at the bank and the only one taking care of her. The others have contributed nothing. Her will states that all three children should divide her property equally except one CD, which is mine. My question is, if I am the only one who is power of attorney on the bank is the money mine when she is gone? My sisters are very wealthy and when my mother is gone I will have nothing.

POA ends with the death of the person it is over. Her will over rides everything else. Who gets to execute the will? Your two sisters share POA over your mother's money. If the bank has a copy of the POA, then that gives them access to your mother's money.
