A local women is stealing from an elderly person and has a new car now. She did this before and ended up with this man's home and all of his oil well royalties. What can I do about this?

oilwell royalties. Her husband is the undersherif so nobody can turn her in. She ended up in court over the oilwell royalties because she wouldn't pay the taxes on them. I need to stop her and I don't know how. She got everything of the last guy she took care of and now she has a new expensive Chrysler???? What can I do to help this elderly person???

Try going to your State's Attorney (find that person online on your state Web site). You can also try your ombudsman. Go to www.ltcombudsman.org. Type in the Zip code to find the right person. They can't help you directly, but may be able to give you federal links to report this. Thanks for caring so much,
Carol

Try a call to Adult Protective Services...local politics can sure stink though, I do not envy you but think the world of you for trying!
