What tips can you give for dealing with difficult behaviors in a senior with dementia?

Like the alzheimer association said "they are always right" (the customer is always right) and dont say no to them, agree with everything. Ugh its so hard, I am dealing with it too so looking forward to your responses. If you give me examples and I have crossed that path, I can write more ok?
