I'm caring for my mom with Alzheimer's and my siblings live in other states. I feel so alone and I need emotional support. Is anyone else in a similar situation?

Yes. I know exactly how you feel. I have been caring for my mother for almost 10 years. Her dementia is worse and her medical conditions have gotten worse as well. I am alone and always will be because they will not help. Even if I moved closer to them. I am exaughsted and about at the end of my rope. She is always negative, fights to go to the doctors. The mental gymnastics are the worst. When she is in pain she get really nasty. I am at my last reserves but they really don't care.
