My mom had my name on the deed for her house after my father died. She sold the house 7 years ago and moved in with me. She used some of her money to help with the move. How will Medicare look at this?

You seem to have kept good records. Still, I'd see an elder attorney or estate attorney to get this all in the format that makes sense for Medicaid so you are ready for questions. Only an attorney could properly figure out the answer to it, since there are so many variables.
