What should I do if my memory is fading and it's hard to get to the doctor?

EXPERT Carol Bradley Bursack, CDSGF Jun 2010
Please ask for help from a friend or family member. Many things can cause fading memory - from depression to medications. And if dementia is setting in, there are new drugs that can slow the process significantly.

You need support. Please reach out. You could call your local Alzheimer's Association - even though it's very possible you don't have dementia but are depressed. Please try.
